Place an Order, Shipment & Returns
You can pay for your order with iDeal and PayPal. Payments to Craekker are safely conducted through MultiSafepay’s payment system. They guarantee that your transaction will be made securely. As soon as your payment has been received, Craekker will complete your order and deliver it to you within the stipulated delivery time. Please note that International orders may take longer to process and deliver.
Your packages will be handled via PostNL, DPD or FedEx (for non EU) for all shipment and delivery services.
For deliveries in the Netherlands the postage is always the same, regardless of the quantity ordered. The costs are € 6,00. For orders of over € 80 we don’t charge any costs.
For deliveries within Europe 1, the postage is always the same, regardless of the quantity ordered. The costs are € 8,00. For orders of over € 100 we don’t charge any costs.
For deliveries within Europe 2, the postage is always the same, regardless of the quantity ordered. The costs are € 20,00.
For deliveries to All Other Countries, the postage is always the same, regardless of the quantity ordered. The costs are € 40,00.
Within The Netherlands PostNL states to deliver envelopes and packages within 2 working days. You will receive your order 5 working days at the latest after receiving your payment.
Europe, other countries
Parcels will be sent via Priority post which is twice as fast as standard shipping. Expected shipment time within Europe is two to four working days. Expected shipment time for all other countries is between four to six working days. Packages will be shipped by standard post in order to keep shipping costs down to a minimum. Expected shipping time within Europe is four to seven days, and eight to twelve days for all other countries. Please note that this information is an indication and that we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information.
As soon as the order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. The reason for this is that the orders will be processed immediately, to achieve the shortest possible delivery period. Of course articles can be exchanged or returned.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange your product, please return the product and place a new order. We are happy to assist with any kind of help!
Hopefully not necessary — but this is how you return your order:
- Prepare package
Place the packing slip and the item(s) you want to return in the bag it arrived in or a new shipping box.
- Fill in return form
Visit our return portal: https://craekker.shipping-portal.com/rp/
You will be guided through an easy return process there…
- Attach return label
Via our return portal you can print your return label — please have in mind you need to pay for the shipping costs of your return (they will be deducted from your refund).
- Ship it
Hand your parcel in to a pickup-shop of DPD (find it online: https://www.dpd.com/de/de/pickup-paketshops/paketshop-finden/ or https://www.dpd.com/nl/nl/pickup-parcelshops/).
- Be patient
